Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on merchandise once it has been purchased.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item, and our team will review your request promptly. If the issue is determined to be our error, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled.
